We now have over 50 Spin classes available, some coach led and others virtual reality, giving you the choice of how you prefer to undergo your Spin session.
We have 15 of the latest model of Schwinn Bikes which gives you the ultimate ride helping you to control and monitor heart rates and cadence.
We also have the MyZone system in-built into the Spin room which helps you track your workout and progression ensuring you achieve your personal goals. A summary of each session will be emailed to you so you can clearly see your personal results from each class. Speak to a coach to find out how you can get linked up to the system!
Mayhem is one of our original own brand classes which involves various movements including CV equipment and bodyweight exercises such as burpees, pushups, squats etc. Each class is comprised of different movements for different time intervals so you will never do the same class twice. It is very varied and functional and all exercises are scalable allowing it to be suitable for all ages and abilities.
Fight Club is based on similar principles as our Mayhem classes but in these classes we involve the addition of bag work, practising basic punches and kicks as seen in martial art type sports. Bag work is a great way to tone the body as well as stimulating your heart rate making it a great cardio workout at the same time. Again this class is suitable for all ages, levels and abilities.
Hitt Step is a short, intensive workout. It is half an hour from beginning to end and includes exercises using step work. Each section is completed to music and all movements are scalable to all levels. If your short for time this class is ideal and ensures to give you an all over body workout!
Along with our regular scheduled spin classes we have also introduced our Virtual Spinning sessions. Unique to TempleFitness Clitheroe, these virtual classes are the same as a regular spin session but without the need for a coach. We use new technology called Myzone which links your heart rate to our system, and guides you through every virtual spin class ensuring you get the maximum results from every session. The system is intelligent and adapts with you as your fitness grows ensuring you don’t plateau and continue to get great results.
